I am an artist and professor of printmaking at Eastern Michigan University.

Born in Dallas, Texas.  Raised in Corpus Christi, Texas.  Graduated from Alabama School of Fine Art Birmingham, Alabama.  Bachelor of Fine Art from the University of Texas, Austin.  Masters of Fine Art from University of North Texas.  Assistant Professor at Eastern Michigan University.  Married to Tanya Eakins Spolans.  Father to Finn and Wyatt Spolans.
